A trip to Marcoot Jersey Creamery in Greenville, Illinois, includes everything from meeting cows and exploring the country store to purchasing a la carte cheeses or subscribing to their delightful cheese-of-the-month club. Groups of 10 people or less are invited to do a self-guided tour that includes visits to the calf barn, milking parlor and creamery.

More than 120 acres await with an impressive 17,000 apple trees offering 30 different varieties. It’s also home to the country’s first ever apple maze.
