5. Bake Your Own Chips

Sure, you could slice up ordinary potatoes and turn them into a crunchy snack. But if you want to change things up, give this a go with this year’s zucchini harvest. The process is almost identical to making homemade potato chips.

Our best advice is to use a sharp knife or a mandolin to get thinly sliced zucchini rounds. Otherwise you may end up with sad and soggy chips instead of satisfyingly crunchy bites. And don’t be afraid to experiment with different seasonings!
