Ingredients
- 24 ounces (1 jar) marinara sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon oregano, plus more for garnish
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- Crostini or toasted bread, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a saucepan, combine marinara, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon oregano. Bring to a low boil, stirring frequently.
- Place the goat cheese in the center of a medium baking dish. Pour the marinara around the sides of the cheese, but do not cover the cheese with sauce.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese with more oregano to garnish and serve alongside crostini or toasted bread for dipping.
