BLT Lettuce Wraps
Made with bacon, cherry tomatoes and avocado wrapped inside butter lettuce leaves and topped with a creamy chive dressing, these tasty bundles make a perfect appetizer, snack or party food.

Ingredients
- 1 pound thick-sliced bacon
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large head butter lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the strips of bacon on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and place the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- To assemble the wraps, tear the lettuce leaves off the head and fill each with bacon, tomatoes and avocado. Top with the creamy chive mixture and serve immediately.
