Ingredients

Tilapia

  • 12 ounces tilapia filets
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Fixings

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler on high setting.
  2. In a medium-size bowl, mix together lime juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and onion powder. Toss fillets in mixture until they’re evenly coated. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil 5 to 7 minutes, until flaky.
  3. While broiling, gently warm tortillas in a nonstick frying pan. There’s no need to grease the pan. Swirl and flip them until slightly crispy and evenly browned.
  4. Place fish and toppings evenly on tortillas. Serve immediately.
