Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 45 ounces (3 cans) butter beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup skim milk
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the butter beans and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until warmed through.
- Add the milk a little at a time while roughly smashing the mixture with a fork.
- Scoop and serve warm.
