Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 cups popped corn kernels
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, salt and corn syrup in a pan and melt. Stir in vanilla and baking soda.
  3. Pour over popped corn, and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool and harden before serving.
