Dark Chocolate Superfood Bark

Ingredients
- 24 ounces (2 bags) dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup salted pistachios, chopped
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup dried cranberries or cherries
- Flaky salt to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper. Pour about ⅓ of the melted chocolate onto the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle with half the pistachios, coconut and dried fruit in an even layer. Pour the remaining chocolate over the first layer and sprinkle evenly with the remaining pistachios, coconut and dried fruit. Sprinkle flaky salt over the top.
- Allow bark to set for about 1 hour. When set, break into smaller pieces and store in an airtight container.
