Four Cheese Pancetta Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 12-inch round prepared pizza crust
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Romano cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces brie (1 round), cut into ¼-inch pieces
  • 3-4 ounces arugula
  • 8 ounces pancetta, cut into very small cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. On top of the crust, layer all cheeses, arugula and pancetta. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Bake for 20 minutes. 
  3. Drizzle with honey, if desired. Slice and serve warm.
