Ingredients
- 1 12-inch round prepared pizza crust
- 1 cup provolone cheese, grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 8 ounces brie (1 round), cut into ¼-inch pieces
- 3-4 ounces arugula
- 8 ounces pancetta, cut into very small cubes
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1-2 teaspoons honey, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- On top of the crust, layer all cheeses, arugula and pancetta. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey, if desired. Slice and serve warm.
