Fruit Rainbow with Yogurt Dip
A colorful Fruit Rainbow with Yogurt Dip is the perfect way to take advantage of all the fresh fruit available in the summer. Use the fruits listed or feel free to sub in your own seasonal favorites like cherries, peaches or apricots to create this light, healthy and fun no-cook dessert.

Ingredients
Rainbow:
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Oranges
- Pineapple
- Star Fruit
- Kiwis
- Green Grapes
- Blueberries
- Red Grapes
- Blackberries
Yogurt Dip:
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Slice the strawberries, oranges, pineapple, star fruit and kiwis into bite-size pieces. Slice the grapes in half.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup and cinnamon to combine.
- Arrange the fruit on a serving tray or plate in the shape of a rainbow or circle in the order listed, beginning with the raspberries and ending with the blackberries.
- Serve the fruit rainbow alongside the yogurt dip.
Tips & Notes
You can substitute any of your favorite seasonal fruits for the ingredients listed to form the colors of the rainbow, such as cherries, peaches or apricots.
