Herb Sauce

Fresh parsley and mint make a tasty sauce that goes great on lamb burgers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley, lightly packed
  • ½ cup fresh mint, lightly packed
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Puree parsley, mint, garlic, ¼ cup olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
  2. When well combined, spoon into a lidded container and drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Tips & Notes

A little bit goes a long way with this sauce. Use it as a topping for our Lamb Burgers.
