Ingredients
- 8 ounces elbow pasta
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup mini sweet peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup kale, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, onion powder, salt and pepper until combined.
- Fold in the cooked pasta, green onions, peppers and kale until pasta is completely coated. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
