Horseradish Glaze for Ham

Ingredients

  • whole cloves
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ⅓ cup fresh horseradish
  • ¼ cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Insert cloves in uncooked ham.
  2. Stir together remaining ingredients, heat to boiling.
  3. Brush horseradish glaze over ham, then cook ham according to the directions.

Tips & Notes

This glaze can also be used to marinade pork tenderloin or other cuts of pork by adjusting the ingredient proportions to match the cut of meat.
