Ingredients
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 5 ounces mixed spring greens
- 12 dried figs, sliced lengthwise
- ½ cup roasted pistachios
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together balsamic, olive oil, honey, cinnamon, cayenne and salt to make dressing.
- Place greens in bowls. Sprinkle figs and pistachios over top. Spoon dressing on salads just before serving.
