No-Bake Strawberry Torte
Made with layers of vanilla wafers, chocolate, fresh strawberries and whipped cream, our No-Bake Strawberry Torte makes a beautiful presentation for any springtime get-together – and no one will guess how easy it was to prepare.

Ingredients
- 11-ounces (1 box) vanilla wafers
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- ½ cup strong coffee
- ½ cup cream, divided
- 2 cups strawberries, thinly sliced
- 2 cups whipped cream
- ½ cup whole strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Line an 8-by-5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving extra on the sides to fold over the top.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips, coffee and ¼ cup of the cream. Microwave on high until chocolate is completely melted. Stir until smooth.
- Cover the bottom of the pan with a single layer of vanilla wafers. Drizzle some of the chocolate lightly over the wafers. Place sliced strawberries in a single layer over the chocolate. Repeat layers as many times as needed to fill the pan. Fold the plastic wrap over the top and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Turn torte out onto a cake plate and spread whipped cream over the entire torte.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips and mix with the remaining ¼ cup of cream until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over the torte.
- Garnish with whole strawberries and serve immediately.
