No-Churn Strawberry Cream Cheese Ice Cream

No ice cream maker? You can still whip up a batch of our creamy No-Churn Strawberry Cream Cheese Ice Cream. Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender to puree, freeze in a loaf pan until solid and enjoy a decadent spring treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until very creamy.
  2. Pour into a loaf pan or ice cream container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until solid.
  3. Divide ice cream between four bowls and serve.
