No ice cream maker? You can still whip up a batch of our creamy No-Churn Strawberry Cream Cheese Ice Cream. Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender to puree, freeze in a loaf pan until solid and enjoy a decadent spring treat.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon almond extract, optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until very creamy.
- Pour into a loaf pan or ice cream container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until solid.
- Divide ice cream between four bowls and serve.
