Oven-Roasted Bacon with Rosemary

Make bacon even better with fresh rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 12 strips uncured bacon (one 12-ounce package)
  • 10 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place bacon strips in pan, leaving space between so they are not touching. Layer rosemary sprigs strategically over and around bacon.
  3. Bake without turning for 25 minutes for chewy bacon or 30 minutes for crispy bacon.
