Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 6-8 tilapia filets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 lemons, cut in quarters
- 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ cup capers
Instructions
- To make aioli, stir garlic into mayonnaise. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet. Add butter and sear filets until lightly browned on each side (about 3 minutes per side).
- Season with salt, paprika and pepper. Squeeze lemon on top. Top with dill and capers. Serve with aioli.
