Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, broken into large chunks
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice (dairy or nondairy)
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 large handfuls spinach
- Fresh banana slices, for topping (optional)
- Extra peanut butter, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen banana chunks, milk, peanut butter, honey, vanilla and spinach.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, then pour into 2 glasses.
- Top each smoothie with extra peanut butter and banana slices, if desired. Serve immediately.
