Pineapple Avocado Salsa

Fresh pineapple and avocados star in this easy summer salsa recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced (about ¾ cup)
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large jalapeno (seeds and ribs removed), minced
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple, avocado, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, salt and cumin to a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Serve immediately alongside tortilla chips, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
