Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- ½ red onion, diced (about ¾ cup)
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large jalapeno (seeds and ribs removed), minced
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Add pineapple, avocado, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, salt and cumin to a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately alongside tortilla chips, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
