Pumpkin Pie Smoothie with Protein Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes. Scrape down sides of blender as needed. Add more milk to thin out smoothie if it’s too thick. Add more ice for a thicker texture.
