Vegan Ranch Dressing

This quick and easy Vegan Ranch Dressing is perfect for serving atop salads or as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup reduced-fat vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Whir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the dressing to a small bowl or serving container and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
