Ingredients
- 28 ounces (2 cans) quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 ounces pepper jack cheese, grated
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ½ cup fresh parsley, minced
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
For Dipping:
- Sweet mini peppers, halved and seeded
- Sugar snap peas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium baking dish, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, pepper jack cheese, green onions, parsley and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and break apart larger artichoke pieces.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve warm with mini peppers and sugar snap peas for dipping.
