The 2024 Virginia Agriculture Week Photo Contest Showcases Intricacies of Agriculture

There are many who love agriculture, but in the Commonwealth of Virginia, we tend to see the intricacies of a farm and the people who work them a bit differently through the 2024 Virginia Agriculture Week Photo Contest. As we try to describe the vibrancy of a field after a storm, baby livestock huddled together, early frost on hay bales, the view of the land from a tractor cab and the ending of a long day – photography helps us capture and provide the fascinating detail of Virginia’s largest private industry.

The 2024 Virginia Agriculture Week Photo Contest saw a record number of entries within the categories of Faces Around the Barnyard, Fields, Seasons of Agriculture, Fresh Catch and Ag Technology.
