10. Sedums

With brilliant clusters of star-shaped flower blossoms, it’s no wonder the Sedum is such a popular plant. They come in both low-growing (ground cover) and upright categories and have rich green leaves and flowers that come in shades of pink, red, white and yellow. Many gardeners choose to use them as border plants or in their pollinator gardens to attract butterflies and birds. Because they can grow comfortably in zones 3 through 10, they’re considered a versatile perennial plant that is both hardy and easy to maintain.

  1. What do you suggest for zone 9 or 10 Arizona area
    It could use color, but the correct plant 🪴 for the environment
