Antipasto Skewers
Antipasto Skewers make a super simple yet elegant summer appetizer. Thread them with salami, prosciutto, olives, tomatoes, basil, artichoke hearts and mozzarella, then let them marinate in Italian dressing before serving or packing in a cooler for a picnic.

Ingredients
- 12 Kalamata olives
- 12 small round slices salami
- 12 grape or cherry tomatoes
- 12 basil leaves
- 12 artichoke hearts
- 6 slices prosciutto, cut in half
- 12 mozzarella balls
- ¼ cup Italian salad dressing
Instructions
- Thread 12 medium-size bamboo skewers each with an olive, a salami slice, a grape or cherry tomato, a basil leaf, an artichoke heart, a folded prosciutto slice and a mozzarella ball.
- Place skewers in a large dish and drizzle evenly with the salad dressing.
- Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
