Blueberry Watermelon Ice Pops

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until completely combined and smooth.
  2. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze at least 6 hours before serving.
