Ingredients
- 1 oblong or round flatbread (full-sized, as for a pizza)
- Olive oil (optional)
- Fresh garlic, minced, or garlic powder (optional)
- 1 cup ham, shaved or thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cups fresh uncooked asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup baby arugula
- 1 ½-2 cups shredded cheese blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil, if desired.
- Season flatbread with fresh garlic or garlic powder, if desired. Evenly distribute ham, asparagus, arugula and cheese on flatbread.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Tips & Notes
There are many delicious 3- and 4-cheese blends that come pre-shredded. Be generous or use it sparingly, it’s your choice.
