Green Veggie Dip

Made with avocados, cream cheese and a combination of chives, parsley and basil, Green Veggie Dip is the perfect summer appetizer for a crowd. Serve it alongside a colorful spread of your favorite veggies or as a dip for crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium, ripe avocados
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For serving:

  • Assorted veggies (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumber)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. Remove peel and pits from avocados and place in a food processor or blender with all remaining dip ingredients. Blend until well combined and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  2. Arrange veggies and crackers on a serving platter and serve alongside veggie dip.

Tips & Notes

This dip is also delicious with roasted potatoes and peach slices.
