Green Veggie Dip
Made with avocados, cream cheese and a combination of chives, parsley and basil, Green Veggie Dip is the perfect summer appetizer for a crowd. Serve it alongside a colorful spread of your favorite veggies or as a dip for crackers.

Ingredients
- 2 medium, ripe avocados
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For serving:
- Assorted veggies (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumber)
- Crackers
Instructions
- Remove peel and pits from avocados and place in a food processor or blender with all remaining dip ingredients. Blend until well combined and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Arrange veggies and crackers on a serving platter and serve alongside veggie dip.
Tips & Notes
This dip is also delicious with roasted potatoes and peach slices.
