Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark makes the perfect after-school snack to keep on hand in the freezer. This kid-friendly recipe combines healthy Greek yogurt with peanut butter, honey, sliced bananas and mini chocolate chips for a sweet and nutritious treat.

Ingredients
- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups bananas, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Stir well until thoroughly combined.
- Spread mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to fill almost the entire sheet. Scatter the sliced bananas and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Freeze until very hard, about 3 hours.
- Cut or break bark into about 30 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer with parchment paper between each layer of bark pieces.
