Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark

Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark makes the perfect after-school snack to keep on hand in the freezer. This kid-friendly recipe combines healthy Greek yogurt with peanut butter, honey, sliced bananas and mini chocolate chips for a sweet and nutritious treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups bananas, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Stir well until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to fill almost the entire sheet. Scatter the sliced bananas and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  4. Freeze until very hard, about 3 hours.
  5. Cut or break bark into about 30 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer with parchment paper between each layer of bark pieces.
