Ingredients

Brisket Sliders:

  • 2-3 pounds beef brisket
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 18 slider buns

Slaw:

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces (1 package) coleslaw mix (cabbage/carrot)

Instructions

  1. Place brisket in slow cooker. Coat with barbecue sauce, salt and pepper. Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
  2. While brisket cooks, prepare the slaw. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the coleslaw mix and toss until well combined.
  3. When brisket is done cooking, allow to cool slightly, then trim fat and slice on the grain.
  4. To assemble sliders, place a few slices of brisket on the bottom halves of all slider buns. Top each with a spoonful of slaw and top halves of buns. Serve warm.
