Ingredients
Brisket Sliders:
- 2-3 pounds beef brisket
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 18 slider buns
Slaw:
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces (1 package) coleslaw mix (cabbage/carrot)
Instructions
- Place brisket in slow cooker. Coat with barbecue sauce, salt and pepper. Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
- While brisket cooks, prepare the slaw. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the coleslaw mix and toss until well combined.
- When brisket is done cooking, allow to cool slightly, then trim fat and slice on the grain.
- To assemble sliders, place a few slices of brisket on the bottom halves of all slider buns. Top each with a spoonful of slaw and top halves of buns. Serve warm.
