Ingredients
- 12 ounces cherry tomatoes (about 30 tomatoes)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Slice 1 rounded end off each tomato and use a spoon to scoop out seeds.
- In a large bowl using a hand or stand mixer, mix the cream cheese and feta until combined. Add garlic, lemon juice, basil, and salt and mix until light and fluffy.
- Transfer the cheese mixture to a piping bag and fill each cherry tomato.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Tomatoes are best when eaten the day they are made.
