Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, quartered (about 4 cups)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a large baking sheet with a nonstick cooking mat or parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss to coat Brussels sprouts evenly, then spread them out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and stir. Return to oven and roast for about 5 more minutes, or until tender and single leaves become crispy. Serve warm.
