Ham and Cheese Sliders with Spicy Mustard are a quick and easy way to feed a crowd. Layered with Black Forest ham, melted havarti cheese and crunchy pickles on sweet dinner rolls, these flavorful sliders take just 20 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup whole-grain mustard
- 1-2 teaspoons wasabi paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 pack (12) Hawaiian sweet rolls (such as King’s Hawaiian)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces Black Forest ham, sliced
- 8 ounces havarti cheese, sliced
- ½ cup bread-and-butter pickles, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, wasabi paste and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Slice the entire package of rolls down the middle lengthwise, keeping rolls intact.
- On the bottom half of the rolls, spread the mayonnaise evenly to the edges. On the top half of the rolls, spread the spicy mustard evenly to the edges. On top of the mayonnaise, layer the ham, cheese and diced pickles, then top with the top half of the rolls.
- Brush the tops of the sliders with melted butter, dust with powdered sugar and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow sliders to cool for 5 minutes before separating and serving.
