Strawberry Peach Mimosas
No brunch is complete without mimosas, and Strawberry Peach Mimosas bring a touch of spring to the classic cocktail with homemade strawberry-peach nectar. Top them off with your favorite bubbly, or skip the alcohol and make an equally delicious mocktail version with sparkling water.

Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen peaches, thawed
- 8 large fresh strawberries, hulled
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 5 ½ tablespoons raspberry-flavored liqueur, such as Chambord (optional)
- 1 bottle Champagne, prosecco or other sparkling white wine (or 6 cups sparkling water)
- Additional fresh strawberries, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the peaches, strawberries, sugar, water and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Divide the raspberry liqueur (if using) equally between each Champagne flute.
- Pour 1 ounce of the strawberry-peach nectar and 3 ounces of sparkling wine or water into each flute. Garnish flute rims with a sliced strawberry before serving.
Tips & Notes
Save time and prepare the peach-strawberry nectar in advance. It lasts up to a week stored in the refrigerator.
