Ingredients
- 16 ounces (1 jar) unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine peanuts with oil and toss to coat.
- Add the sugar, garam masala, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and rosemary. Toss to coat.
- Transfer peanuts to a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Spread peanuts out on parchment paper to cool. Once completely cool, serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Tips & Notes
In a rush? Use pumpkin pie spice in place of the fall spices.
